We organised a global experience with the aim of bringing together people from different offices and divisions around the world through a methodology that is as creative as it is powerful: LEGO® Serious Play.

During the event, teams from different countries built symbolic models representing their challenges, values and aspirations. Each piece placed was an open conversation. Each structure, a shared vision.
